With reference to the earlier letter dated March 24, 2015, Span Diagnostics Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has disinvested its entire 45% stake held in Joint Venture Company namely Span Nihon Kohden Diagnostics Private Limited to Nihon Khoden Corporation, Japan on November 19, 2015 for consideration of Rs.8,02,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Crore Two Lacs Only).
