Span Divergent Limited (formerly Span Diagnostics Limited) is a public limited company, listed at BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange). It was founded by a Pathologist – Dr. Pradip Desai in 1972 and transformed it into a leading Indian in-vitro Diagnostics Company, which was engaged in developing and manufacturing wide range of clinical pathology products and marketing in India as well as globally.

Over its existence of more than five decades, Span   established itself as a “Trusted Partner” in the field of In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) Industry in India as well as globally; renowned for its high quality, affordable products, unwavering commitment to serve its customers and ethical business practices.

In 2015, Span exited IVD business, by selling it to a Japanese multinational Company. Subsequently, Span started diversifying into different businesses, renaming the Company to Span Divergent Ltd.. Today Span Divergent Limited is a holding company operating in diverse business sectors, such as Food, Life-sciences and Business consulting, keeping its core values of over five decades intact for its collaborators, customers, shareholders and clients.
